I have some aftermarket headlights, they came with the car. They are pointed downward to the road, I can't see very much with them when they're on. Wanted to make sure they were for sure broken before I bought new ones.

I twist the allen key tabs to try and adjust the headlights. I've tried all of them. Twisted the middle one, and the one closer to the corner light. Twisted it 20+ in both directions and nothing changed. Did it on both left and right headlights.

Is there anyway to fix this, or am I SOL.
