it seems most ecu and 'chip' questions pull up a ton of OBDI info.

im looking into possibly picking up a second hand SC kit, those that are including the tune you are basically swapping the whole ECU. does doing this mess with the key transponders or with the EWS or other problems?

im only familiar with teh OBDI and the shark tuner deal, so appreceate some info on this.
