I put in two brand new brake light bulbs. The driver side is about half as bright as the passenger....

I put in two brand new brake light bulbs. The driver side is about half as bright as the passenger. I switched the bulbs to make sure it wasn't a faulty bulb, and got the same results.

It looks like the contacts are in good condition, not sure what to look for here?
